OUR EXECUTIVES

OLADUNNI OLUSOLA ADETONA, MCIPM

CHAIRMAN

Mrs. Oladunni Olusola Adetona is a seasoned public administrator and human resource professional with a strong record of service and leadership in the Ogun State Civil Service. A native of Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun State, she brings to the CIPM Ogun State Branch a wealth of experience, dedication, and a passion for professional excellence.

She began her academic journey at St. Bernedette’s Private School, Ibara, Abeokuta, and proceeded to Abeokuta Girls’ Grammar School, Onikolobo, for her secondary education. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science (Second Class Honours) from the University of Ibadan, earned in 2001, and a Master’s degree in Personnel Relations from the same institution in 2017.

Mrs. Adetona completed her mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Aba, Abia State between 2001 and 2002. She joined the Ogun State Civil Service on August 20, 2003, as an Administrative Officer and has steadily risen through the ranks. She currently serves as the Director of Administration and Supplies at the Ogun State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.

A Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Mrs. Adetona has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the growth of the institute. She has previously served the Ogun State Branch in various capacities, including as Financial Secretary, General Secretary, and Vice Chairman, before her current role as Chairman.

Mrs. Adetona is known for her integrity, organizational acumen, and people-oriented leadership style. She is happily married.

BISIOLU AZEEM, ACIPM

P.R.O.

Mr. Bisiolu A. Azeem is an accomplished Human Resource professional with over a decade of experience spanning both the manufacturing and service industries. Renowned for his strategic administrative competence and problem-solving acumen, he has consistently supported organizations and colleagues in addressing diverse HR challenges with practical, value-driven solutions.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from a reputable Nigerian institution and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Relations from an international university. His professional journey is marked by a strong commitment to aligning HR functions with organizational strategic objectives, thereby contributing to sustainable business outcomes.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Mr. Azeem has distinguished himself as a passionate advocate for professional growth and membership development within the institute. He is a regular facilitator for HR training sessions across Ogun and Lagos States and plays a significant role in encouraging aspiring HR professionals to attain CIPM certification.

His dedication to the growth of the institute earned him a leadership position at the CIPM Ota Chapter, where he currently serves with distinction. Over the years, he has served in various capacities, including as Assistant General Secretary/Public Relations Officer and now as the Branch’s Public Relations Officer.

Mr. Azeem has also contributed meaningfully to the Ogun State Branch, serving as a planning committee member for the Annual Branch Conference and as a discussant at several professional events. His commitment, energy, and leadership continue to make a positive impact on the CIPM community.

SEAN OLABODE BADIRU, MCIPM

IMMEDIATE PAST CHAIRMAN

Sean Olabode Badiru is a global thought leader and strategic transformation consultant whose work spans corporate governance, business re-engineering, and digital transformation. For over two decades, he has partnered with governments, corporate boards, and multinationals to reimagine strategy, redesign organizations, and build agile, high-performing institutions.

As Chief Executive Officer of Africa Tech Hub, Sean leads a transformation and capacity-building firm that enables organizations across Africa to achieve operational excellence, institutional resilience, and sustainable competitiveness. He is also the Founder of SkillUp, a continental workforce-readiness initiative dedicated to equipping the next generation of professionals with digital fluency and leadership agility.

A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development and Life Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria, Sean serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, where he contributes to advancing people management, ethics, and leadership excellence. His executive career and board service reflect deep competence in corporate policy formulation, organizational development, performance management, culture transformation, and strategic execution.

Sean’s expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people—bridging executive insight with innovation to deliver measurable results. He has trained and consulted for CEOs, HR leaders, public-sector executives, and board chairmen across Africa and beyond. As a regular facilitator of global masterclasses on governance, strategy, performance, digital transformation, and culture change, he equips leaders to navigate complexity and lead with clarity.

An engineer by training, Sean holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by executive education in Strategic Leadership and Management (University of Illinois), Intellectual Property Law (University of Pennsylvania), and American Contract Law (Yale University). His professional certifications span Agile Project Management, Business Analysis, Human Resource Management, Digital Marketing, Cloud Administration, and Product Design.

Beyond consulting, Sean is an author, educator, and pastor, shaping a new generation of transformative leaders across Africa through his teachings, mentorship, and thought leadership initiatives.
