BALOGUN J. OLADELE, MCIPM
2017-2019
Mr. Balogun Jamiu Oladele is a certified human resource management and learning & development professional with over 20 years experience. He has also acquired vast experience in training/lecturing, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship development and consulting services. Oladele holds a B.Sc degree in Sociology, a Master degree in Industrial and Labour Relations and an M.Sc degree in Business Administration specializing in Management from the prestigious University of Lagos.
A seasoned facilitator, trainer/lecturer, dedicated and diligent professional, Oladele is a licensed human resources professional, learning and development practitioner of NITAD and chartered management practitioner of NIM. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Full Member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Institute of Training & Development, Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria, and Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria
Mr. Oladele has worked in several organizations as a Human Resources Manager and Trainer/Facilitator amongst others. In 2004, he established Deroy Link Consulting – a training, research, consultancy and tuition centre for professional bodies among whom are CIPM, NIM-NYSC, NIMN CIBN, ICAN, and ATS.
Mr. Oladele has served as the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Treasurer of the branch, amongst others. He is happily married and blessed with children.
EDITH NWANKWO, ACIPM
2019-2021
Edith Ifeanyi Nwankwo is a seasoned strategic human resources leader with a wealth of experience in the Human Capital space across various industries such as Publishing, HR Consulting, Hospitality and Non-Governmental Organization. Edith has over 19 years of transforming the human resources function for various organizations ranging from start-ups to big established firms across various industries in Nigeria. She is deeply passionate about helping people and organizations achieve superior performance and success.
Edith has an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University and MSc in Industrial Psychology from the University of Lagos. She also has a Masters of Business Administration (Management) from the University of Lagos. She is a globally certified HR practitioner (SPHRi, HRPL, ACIPM). She has also attended several leadership development programmes in some leading business schools and institutions such as Lagos Business School and Phillips consulting.
Edith is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigerian (CIPM) and a Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
SEAN OLABODE BADIRU, MCIPM

Sean Olabode Badiru is an Enterprise Transformation Architect and Chief Executive Officer of Africa Tech Hub Ltd. He works with boards, executive teams and institutional leaders to strengthen strategy execution, organisational performance, digital capability and sustainable growth. His work helps organisations align strategy, governance, people, performance, technology, customer engagement and operating systems to deliver and sustain enterprise value.
His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance is built through alignment. Rather than treating strategy, governance, culture, technology, people, performance and the market as separate agendas, he examines how they interact across the enterprise and where misalignment is limiting execution, adaptability, growth and value creation.
For over two decades, Sean’s work has spanned organisational transformation, strategy execution, corporate governance, performance management, workforce capability, leadership, culture, digital transformation and growth. This breadth enables him to connect issues that are often addressed in isolation and help leaders strengthen the systems, capabilities and decisions that shape enterprise performance.
Sean also brings significant experience in market development, audience acquisition, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications and publishing. He has successfully used both traditional and digital channels to build new audiences, expand participation, generate opportunities and support organisational growth.
His consulting and executive education work in Nigeria has included engagements with organisations and institutions such as the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, Bank of Industry, Dangote Cement Plc, BUA Cement Plc, Ogun State Government, Intercontinental Distillers, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Redeemed Christian Church of God, amongst others.
As Chief Executive Officer of Africa Tech Hub, Sean leads advisory, executive education and transformation engagements focused on enterprise performance, organisational capability and technology-enabled change. His work with technology and artificial intelligence is centred on where they create real enterprise value, how work and decision-making should change around them, and the capabilities and governance required to translate adoption into measurable outcomes.
He has held senior editorial leadership roles in publishing and now chairs Edge360, a strategic communications and digital media company. This experience complements his broader work in stakeholder engagement, brand development and audience growth.
Sean is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, a Life Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria, and serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. A Chartered Engineer by formation, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with executive education from the University of Illinois, Yale University and Lagos Business School.
Beyond his corporate work, Sean is the Founder of SkillUp and remains committed to developing young professionals through mentoring and leadership development.
