SEAN OLABODE BADIRU, MCIPM
CHAIRMAN
Sean Olabode Badiru is a dynamic and results-driven business leader with over 19 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic leadership. Renowned for his ability to translate visionary business concepts into actionable strategies, Sean excels in aligning technical operations with overarching business objectives. His extensive expertise spans technology, project management, and business strategy, enabling him to drive innovation and secure a competitive edge for his organization.
He is the Co-Founder of Africa TechHUB, a cutting-edge technology consultancy and solutions provider that facilitates digital transformation for businesses across various industries. In addition to this role, Sean juggles multiple responsibilities within the RCCG.
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Lagos State University, respectively. He has also pursued further professional development through programs such as Strategic Leadership and Management offered by the University of Illinois, USA; Intellectual Property Law by the University of Pennsylvania, USA; and American Contract Law by the prestigious Yale University, USA.
In addition to his academic achievements, Sean has obtained professional certificates in various specializations, including Scrum, Agile Project Management, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Production, User Experience Design, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Cloud Administration, and Human Resource Management.
As the Editor-in-Chief of iNNOVORA Magazine, a publication dedicated to exploring innovations in human resource management and digital transformation, and the convener of the highly regarded Career Conference in Nigeria, Sean creates platforms that foster knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and career advancement for attendees. In addition to these endeavors, Sean also organizes The Oasis, a weekly professional development program, where he teaches transformational principles, provides invaluable holistic support to members seeking digital transformation, and actively fosters connections among professionals.
In the Human Resource Management community, Sean is holds the position of Chairman for the Ogun State Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. He also represents the Branch on the institute’s Governing Council.

OLADUNNI OLUSOLA ADETONA, ACIPM
VICE CHAIRMAN
Mrs Oladunni Olusola Adetona was born on 22nd May. She is from Abeokuta North Local Government of Ogun State. She attended St Bernedette’s Private School, Ibara, Abeokuta for her Primary Education and Abeokuta Girls’ Grammar School, Onikolobo, Abeokuta for her Secondary Education.
For her Tertiary Education, she bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan in 2001 with a Second Class Honours and a Master in Personnel Relations from the same University in 2017. She underwent the one Year mandatory National Youth Service Corps in Aba, Abia State from 2001 to 2002.
She was appointed into the Ogun State Civil Service on 20th August, 2003 as an Administrative Officer. She rose through the ranks and she is presently a Director of Administration and Supplies in the Ogun Sate Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She had served two terms as a Financial Secretary of the CIPM, Ogun State Branch and presently serving a second term as General Secretary of the same Branch.
She is happily married.
OLUTUNDE OLUKOGA, ACIPM
GENERAL SECRETARY
Olukoga Olutunde Emmanuel is an astute Administrator and HR practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in administration, analysis, and computing in private and public establishments. He has held different administrative and human resource positions, and currently the Head of Administration & Logistics at Ogun State Security Trust Fund.
He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees (B.Sc, M.Sc and MPhil) in Demography and Social Statistics from the foremost Obafemi Awolowo University and equally possessed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGD) from the prestigious University of Ibadan and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede. He is about to complete a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Demography & Social Statistics at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Olukoga is continually intrigued by opportunities to improve organizational development through exceptional service delivery. He has served in different capacities at the Ogun State Branch and Oke-Mosan Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, including as a member of the planning committee for the 8th, 9th, and 11th annual general meetings, the 7th and 8th state conferences, and as the Chairman of the membership development committee and the advocacy and development committee. He was the Branch’s penultimate Ex-Officio I and the Branch’s immediate Assistant General Secretary/Public Relations Officer. He is currently the Branch’s General Secretary and the pro-tem Chairman of the Oke-Mosan Chapter
BISIOLU AZEEM, ACIPM

Bisiolu A. Azeem ACIPM is a Human Resource Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in both Manufacturing and Service Industries. He has been a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner who assists colleagues in solving HR related problems on several occasions. He is well known for his tactical administrative skills and his intellectual knowledge in proffering solutions to daily Human Resource problems.
He is a graduate of Business Administration from a reputable institution in the country. He is presently undergoing M.Sc in International Relations with an International Institution. He has contributed wealth of experience and stand dignified in helping his organizations to achieve results that align them with their strategic objectives.
Having been certified as an Associate Member of the CIPM some years ago, he has been a shining light as he has been facilitating for several institutes within Ogun and Lagos respectively. He has been a major drive in drawing new members towards getting certified.
His passion for the growth and development of CIPM made him win a seat at the OTA Chapter where he holds firm till date. He plays pivotal roles in ensuring that CIPM members enlarge their coasts in becoming full members. He has served in several capacities of the institute, which include being a discussant, and a member of the Planning Committee of the Ogun State Branch Annual Conference. He was also the Assistant General Secretary /PRO of the Ota Chapter of CIPM before taking up the General Secretary position of Ota Chapter.
JUWON ARIYO, MCIPM
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER
‘Juwon Ariyo’s journey with Lord Jesus began over two decades ago, a transformational encounter that has moulded him into a dedicated vessel for the Saviour. Armed with a PhD in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources Management, ‘Juwon is not only an esteemed lecturer in both secular and spiritual circles but also a beacon of knowledge and wisdom in the academic community. His professional journey spans over fifteen years, marked by significant contributions in administration, human resources management, and information technology, with his findings gracing both local and international journals. His expertise covers workplace gender distribution, generational diversity and inclusion, the dynamics of learning organisations, employee development, and the intricacies of reward and knowledge management. Additionally, he has delved into Small and Medium Scale Enterprises’ performance metrics and tackled workplace deviant behaviour issues.
‘Juwon’s educational background is as varied as impressive, with a Bachelor of Science in Government and Public Administration and another in Computer Science. His quest for knowledge didn’t stop there; he pursued and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Human Resources option, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management.
A member of several prestigious professional bodies, ‘Juwon’s affiliations speak volumes of his commitment to his field. He has played a pivotal role in his students’ spiritual, academic, and professional growth through his involvement.
VICTORIA EGBINOLA, ACIPM
TREASURER
Egbinola Feyisayo Victoria is a graduate Economist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Bowen University, Iwo, in 2009 and her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the University of Ilorin in 2015. Feyi joined the Ogun State Civil Service as an Administrative Officer II in 2014. She began her career in the Bureau of Service Matters, Office of the Head of Service, and worked in different capacities from 2014–2020. She was the Head of Human Resources at the Ogun State Internal Revenue Service from 2020–2021. She is currently a Principal Administrative Officer in the Ogun State Ministry of Forestry. She has served on different committees at the Ogun State Branch of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, including advocacy and development; the 2022 Annual General Meeting Committee; the 2022 Annual Branch Conference Committee; and the 2023 Annual General Meeting Committee.

‘Yemi is a qualified and licensed Human Resources Professional and Resource Manager. He has proven competencies in start-up operations, including people strategy alignment to business operation and execution. He has 30+ years of experience spanning the manufacturing, construction, consultancy and FMCG sectors.
Yemi has substantive experience in business partnering, managing and driving people and organisational performance. He is a full Member of CIPM.
Yemi is currently the Group Chief People Officer of GZ Industries Ltd and sits on the Board of GZ Transport Ltd, a subsidiary of the GZI Group.
